We’ve had the pleasure of working on multiple interior design projects for this wonderful family. For each phase of this home, we focused on creating bright and airy spaces that were livable and family friendly. The welcoming kitchen doubles as a “family center”, starting with a neutral palette to brighten the space and layered-in textured elements for interest. Each component was well considered to maximize the space and functionality. The dining room features new slate blue built-ins that house a beverage area and storage for special occasion glassware, fine china, and serving pieces. The adjacent living room, which is visible from the foyer, was designed to welcome family and guests informally, so it was designed to be low-maintenance and comfortable with polished touches. The result is a welcoming, light-filled residence that invites you to grab a seat and stay a while.
