Our clients dreamt of a kitchen and breakfast room that was a warm, family-friendly spot to gather for meals and conversation. With two careers, busy children, and a dog, they needed help making the dream a reality. After opening up the entire space and adding new hardwood flooring, we designed a custom round table with woven-backed chairs for a casually effortless breakfast room. New custom drapery panels frame the windows and define that beautiful view! The reconfigured kitchen layout allows for much better ease of movement with a roomy, quartzite-topped island. Above the range, hand painted tiles form a striking backsplash against a custom painted and stained wooden range hood. Last but not least, we designed a custom coffee bar that might just be everyone’s favorite detail! Their impressive coffee machine has a dedicated home, with a pullout shelf that makes it easy to whip up a quick coffee. Cups and tools are stored neatly in the drawers below.
