Summer essentials for 2021
Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start to summer, and we’re giving you some tips to help make the most of the next few months. Summer living begins now!
Get outside
Odds are, you spent as much time as possible outside last year. These summer essentials for 2021 will help you kick your outdoor living up a couple of notches from 2020. Whether you have a backyard, a shady porch, or a fun roof deck, it feels so good at the end of a long day to kick back and unwind as sunset approaches. Weekend mornings outdoors with a cup of coffee or afternoon hangouts with friends are so much better in the summer, too.
Summer essentials 2021: level up
Many of us added to our outdoor spaces last year while we were at home, with seating areas, tables for dining al fresco, and string lights. Now is the time to uncover the outdoor furniture, give it a good cleaning (we find power-washing teak so soothing), and add a new outdoor rug or pillows for a refresh. If you get direct sun and need a non-structural option for shade, consider a cantilevered umbrella. They’re pricey, but can be positioned unobtrusively and are well worth the cost.
Once you get outside and relax, the last thing you want to do is go in and out. Find ways to keep everything you need close at hand and you’ll have more time to enjoy those lazy days. A sturdy bar cart is ideal for holding drinkware, beverages, and snacks. Whether you have company or you’re just relaxing solo, you’ll appreciate having everything outside where you want it. We love a weather-resistant cart with undercounter ice compartments that keep things chill.
For a larger crowd, coolers are important at any outdoor party so that guests can help themselves. Step up your entertaining game with a large teak ice chest for stylish convenience!
New planters show off your green thumb, and also add style to the smallest patio or the largest deck. Why stick with simple when you can make a statement?
Do you feel like pool and beach towels seem to grow legs and run away between June and September? For our clients with shore homes or backyard pools, a designated bin helps to make it easier to keep track of them. Fill it with fresh towels in the laundry room, then carry it to the mudroom, pool house, or beach shed. Discover the excitement of the Bons online casino ! With a user-friendly mobile application, you can enjoy your favorite games on the go. Don’t miss out on their generous bonuses for new players upon registration, and experience hassle-free payouts that make your gaming experience even more rewarding.
In the summer, the fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down! We love watching twilight turn to dark while the fireflies flicker and kids’ laughter fills the air. There is something so magical about those memory-making evenings, and what better way to spend them than around a fire pit? We love this option because its lid means it can double as a table during the day.
Are you ready to kick off your summer? We hope you have a fabulous one!
