Accessory Styling Services

You asked and we listened: we are now offering accessory styling services!  While we’ve always sourced accessories and coordinated styling for our full service clients, we would often receive inquiries about it as a standalone service.  Keep reading to learn more about this new offering and how we can help you pull together the spaces of your dreams.

Why you might need our accessory styling services

Accessorizing a home office, family room, dining room, or bedroom can feel really overwhelming.  Pinterest, blogs, and magazines have a ton of advice but not everyone has the patience for trial and error.  How do you combine colors, materials, accents, and objects in a way that’s both unique and cohesive?  That’s where we come in.  Our designers are also expert stylists and we’re happy to add the perfect finishing touches to your home!

We’ve got some handy FAQs to help you determine if this is the right fit for you.

Q: What is included in this?

A: Great question! This service includes the following:

  • A questionnaire
  • A call with the stylist to discuss your goals, styles, preferences and budget
  • Sourcing tailored to your specific project – we bring more pieces than we need in case we need to swap out an item or two
  • White glove transportation and delivery to your home; this includes packing up all the accessories, transporting them to your house, and removing all packaging
  • In home styling
  • In home review of items with your stylist
  • Transporting unused items back to our studio and re-inventorying items

Q: Can you style what I already have?

A: Yes, we can incorporate some things, like framed photos or sentimental keepsakes, into the design along with items that we source for you.  The minimum investment for accessories is $1,500.

Q: How long does the process take?

A: It depends on the room, although we estimate an average of 1 hour per room.  Built-ins require additional time to allow us to create the perfect shelfie!

Q: What are the benefits of hiring a designer for this service?

A: We bring years of expertise along with access to unique items for your space. There is an art to paying attention to scale, proportion, colors, and the variety of objects.

Q: Can I be a part of the sourcing and styling?

A: Yes, you will be a part of the process! We’ll provide you with a brief questionnaire about your particular styling needs, and ask you to share images of the rooms you’d like us to work on so we can better visualize. You will also have a call with your stylist to discuss your home, aesthetic, and preferences in more detail. Then we’ll take it from there!

Q: How much do the accessory styling services cost?

A: This depends on the scope, including the number of rooms and the needs of each specific room.  The service starts at $500 for the first room, with $400 for each additional room.  Built-ins are extra and priced by size.  As a point of reference, the average styling fees for a 3-foot wide built-in is around $300-$400.  The styling fees do not include the cost of the accessories.
